Organize and uplevel your occasional nanny/sitter work
Nannies often work additional, occasional hours outside their regular nanny schedule. Crystal Gail and Sarah Nadimpalli would like to help nannies write a profile for these occasional work situations, suggest ways to circulate their availability, and use safe practices of screening families before they take on new, occasional families. We will offer a free month of the CareCal scheduling tool for nannies to create a shareable link of their profile and booking platform to avoid double bookings, keep their schedules organized, and direct parents to their calendar rather than parents texting and requesting assistance at all hours. We will discuss nannies implementing booking/cancellation fees and encouraging parents to utilizing the nanny's preferences in communication over parent work requests. Other methods of creating a profile and communicating availability will be discussed and imparted to nannies as they often seek to book these extra hours and plan on extra income.
Sarah is a lifelong caregiver, mom, former nurse researcher, and found in the in-home care space. Her latest invention, CareCal, allow sitters to create a shareable link with their profile and calendar of availability which enable parents to book the village.

Candi Vajana-
Embarking on a diverse career journey has been my greatest adventure—one I've cherished every step. While my CV/Resume may appear unconventional, every role I've taken on has been a deliberate building block shaped by the invaluable lessons I gleaned from traversing different cultures and connecting with diverse perspectives around the globe. I firmly believe that everyone has something to teach you. From nurturing children of all ages as a dedicated nanny to serving in roles ranging from director of admissions, personal assistant, business manager, human resources director in international schools, and ultimately as a school director, my career reflects a mosaic of experiences. Yet, at its core, my passion has always resided in the realm of childcare. Having trained as an N.N.E.B. (Nursery Nurse), I found my heart in nannying. Today, as a consultant, and the creator of the Nanny MBA Course, I have the privilege of sharing my fervor for everything childcare-related with nannies, parents, agencies, and family offices. It's a role that perfectly aligns with my unwavering commitment to giving my all, continuously enhancing my knowledge, and pursuing what I love with unmatched dedication. Life's journey may be varied, but it's a tapestry woven with purpose and passion for me.
