Conference Charity
Westminster Youth Project is a mentoring program for teens in Carroll County. They provide mentoring, homework help, a hot meal, a safe place to hang out, and support for middle and high schoolers. They are currently collecting new and gently used shoes for all youth in the community. They often request donations of snacks, non perishable foods, dinner items, craft supplies, school supplies, personal care products, and financial donations. Our charity was suggested by longtime member of our community- Kat Gutierrez.
Their Mission: The mission of Westminster Youth Project is to empower Carroll County youth by providing them with the tools they need to navigate the journey from adolescence to adulthood.

A word about significant others and children….
Please remember that significant others, husbands, wives and kids are important, but can not eat meals or join in conference festivities unless they are a registered attendee or have permission from Sue. Sorry- and I appreciate your cooperation with this.
Also on Friday night is our welcome reception. We will have LIGHT snacks and a cash bar. This event is from 8pm to 10pm on Friday night and is a great way to meet new friends and old and kick off our fabulous weekend. Make sure to bring a little cash for your drink.

Direct Marketing Policy |
Nannypalooza has always been supportive of those nannies who want to share their side businesses such as Jamberry Nails, jewelry sales, nanny related gear and the like. However, as more and more nannies are involved in these pursuits we have also had some concerns raised. Notably, not everyone will want to hear the sales pitch. Also a concern is that while we want to support nannies, we are also a business and offer vendor tables at a cost that goes to support the conference. It is not fair to Nannypalooza or to those who buy tables to allow others to solicit customers in general. I am instituting the following policy this year. It is a work in progress and I welcome any input.
Direct Marketing Policy: There is vendor space available at a nominal cost if you choose to sell your products or services at Nannypalooza. If you choose not to buy a table, that is fine. We can add your company name to your name tag so that potential customers can ask you about your services. We will also allow you to distribute business cards in a special location during the networking break Saturday afternoon. We ask that you do not initiate conversations about your products but allow attendees to seek you out if they are interested. |

Vendor Hall open all day Saturday and Sunday until 10:30. |
